How do I know my bracelet size?

The best way to select your bracelet size is to measure the circumference of your wrist the way you'd like your bracelet to fit. Use a soft measuring tape (or a string and a ruler) and make sure not to measure too tight as you'll want your stack to have some movement and be comfortable. 

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship as soon as they are completed. Shipping times can vary depending on order size, but orders are typically sent out within 1-2 weeks. Non-beaded personalized jewelry could take longer, but it's definitely worth the wait!

Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

You bet. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.

Can I track my order?

For expedited shipping, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your item has shipped. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for standard shipping.

My tracking says my MOODbeads was delivered, but I don't have my package. Can you help?

MOODbeads is not liable for issues caused by the shipping company or theft; however, we will do everything we can to help locate your gems.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Do you offer local pick up?

We sure do. MOODbeads is located in mid-town Toronto and safe porch pickup is encouraged.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! However, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.

What's your return policy?

The majority of our pieces are made to order and are therefore final sale. If you want to change anything in your order, please email within 12 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

The item I received is flawed. What should I do?

If you find an issue with your order, please email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please include photographs so we can better assist you. 

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards at point of sale. We also accept etransfer. Email for details on how to etransfer.
